Two new classes are now being offered in 2012. Pregnancy for Newbies is a course designed for women in their first to early second trimesters. This class will cover what to expect during pregnancy. Discussion topics will include proper nutrition and exercise as well as emotional and physical changes that occur during pregnancy. Serious topics like preterm labor will be talked about.
The second class is Baby Basics. We will learn about babies from birth throughout the first 12 months. This is geared to moms and dads and anyone interested in learning about the important milestones in child development. Emphasis will be placed on care of the newborn.
